Some landscapes stay with you.
I've known these hills for years, and there’s something about returning to a familiar landscape that feels almost like returning to yourself.
Gefnir is about that connection to place: the feeling of knowing a landscape, of carrying it with you, and of finding something familiar and grounding in the hills around you.
A painting about belonging, memory and the quiet pull of home.
Part of my Held by the Hills collection, inspired by the landscapes of North Wales.
